"The employers at this store attitude is terrible. They should fire the whole entire staff except for the guy, but the women there are rude and not welcoming to be working in a kid store. They see you looking at them with your merchandise in your hand and they don't even acknowledge it. They don't greet you when you walk in the store and they give smart/ sarcastic responses. That is not the attitude you should have working in a kid store. They shouldn't have a job at all."

"Bring in great condition children shoes sz 5.5-7y and was told to take them to Plato’s closet knowing they don’t take children items. Took my information and did not call as promised to let me know if they were going to buy or not. Did not find out until I called 3 hours later to check for my things. Very distracted customer service. Store is a complete maze of a mess. No organization and so much clutter. Sizes not hung or stocked in correct areas. Accept things they feel they want and not according to guidelines told for sale. Won’t be returning!"

"Went in looking for some long sleeves for my kids since we just moved from FL and winter is coming up but I felt that some clothes was overpriced. Cleary used with some ware and still selling the shirts at $6-$9 each, definitely not worth it. I found a few pieces for $2.50-$3.50 each and some girl boots for $4. Clothes needs to be organized better by size. Apart from that everything else was ok."

"Great experience. I came there for boys soccer cleat and left with so much more. They had several pairs of boys and girls cleats. Some of the clothes were in the wrong place, which made it difficult to find exactly what your looking for. Other then that, I am very glad I came here. Customer service was good."
