"Office Depot, your customers love you. I have been a customer for many years. 90% of my office supplies were purchased at Office Depot. I've recently promoted your services to my new employer. Products that I've punched through you, I demonstrated at work in attempt to show my Employer how well your products are able to meet our needs. Now what do we do if you decide to close the store location that I frequent? If it were not for the fact that I am still unpacking from a recent move, I would upload photos of most of my Office Depot products. I am not allowed to take photos at work. Otherwise, there are a few items that you offer to your customers that makes my job at work so much more easier. Thank you Office Depot."

"Terrible customer service! I was trying to get exact measurements for a project I needed printed out and the associate behind the printing station was not willing to help me. Not only that but they were making me feel like an idiot for any question I asked. I understand the store is closing but that does not warrant that type of attitude and disrespect towards customers. I went to a different location for better and proper customer service etiquette."

"Do I go into this location twice a week to drop off boxes for usps. I go in today and get BERATED by a Jamaican girl behind the counter. She grabs my arm and tells me I cannot put these boxes into the bin. She won’t let me get a word in and is yelling at me. I leave. I come back a few minutes later thinking I will just deal with the manager (Joseph). While I am waiting for him, the Jamaican girl starts up again yelling across the store at me. I started yelling back because I am not going to put up with this. She starts threatening me ( she is going to call the authorities!). Joseph finally arrives and tells me to calm down and that he won’t have this yelling going on in the store. I told him that his employee put her hands on me and was yelling at me. He told me he would take care of that. He was very annoyed, so I left. I will never go back in there!!! I would suggest if you want a happy experience, go somewhere else. These people do not care about their customers! By the way, it doesn’t seem to matter to them that their employees can grab you and that it is okay! That is what set me off!!"
