"Excellent customer service before and after the project. The staff checked in daily during the install to make sure things were going well. The workmanship of the installer(s) was too notch however, the communication from the installation team (or lack thereof) prevents me from rating the satisfaction as a 4 or 5 star. The installation team left on day 2 with no communication that they were leaving for the day or when they were planning to return. When they had not arrived by their usual starting time on day 3, I contacted the office who in turn reached out to the installation team and I was told they would return between 4:30 and 5:00pm the following day…which was acceptable to me. I received a confirmatory text message around 4:00pm that day telling me the installation team would return between 4:30 and 5:00pm the next day. Approximately 45 minutes later, the installer rang my doorbell stating he was there to complete the install. We have 2 indoor cats that we have to isolate when workers are at our home because they are not allowed outdoors as one of them is deaf. We also have a 75 pound german shepherd-lab mix dog that must be isolated when workers arrive. Since the workers are in and out and not too good about making sure the doors remain closed we could not allow them in until our pets were secured. The unexpected arrival when we were informed twice the workers would not return on that day was aggravating to say the least. After a delay to allow us to secure our pets, the workers were allowed entry and completed the job. The work they performed was excellent quality and I recommend Mr. Hardwood for your hardwood floor installation needs but the communication from the installation team needs improvement. (I believe part of the communication issue arises from cultural differences as the lead installer is from a European country and does not seem to have mastery of English as a second language)."

The two men that worked on the project were on time, professional, worked, did their job and left with notice of time to return the next day to complete the next steps. The color was to match the existing floor and be laced in to have a continuous floor without notice. You cannot tell where the old floor stops and the new starts. It blends perfectly. We highly recommend Mr. Hardwood."

"Corey from Mr. Hardwood arrived in Dec. 2021 for our first appointment. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. After considering a few of his questions, what started as a project just to update our floors turned into a whole home renovation. We are thrilled with the final product. After meeting with Corey we hired an interior designer to manage our project. Even with all her industry connections, she couldn’t beat Mr. Hardwoods labor and installation prices. We did end up processing our flooring product through a wholesale vendor. Still, the team at Mr. Hardwood stayed in regular touch about project timing and we’re able to schedule installation right when we needed them. The actual team that preformed the work were superb. They worked so hard and efficiently. The project seemed daunting to pull up and replace flooring in under two days but they did it all beautifully and ahead of schedule. We will be using Mr. Hardwood again when we finish our basement."
