"I limped in on a flat tire and North Florida tire shop fixed me up, in that process I had bought all new lug nuts of the same size for the socket I had bought as I could'nt get the flat fire off to fix it enough to limp in, and I tightened them afterwards myself. I had not tightened all the lugs nuts properly and the sound was as if I had yet another flat tire, well no one could figure it out. Todd at Campbells took it for a ride and figured it out in no time, the lug nuts I had tightened weren't done properly, there were a few that were loose and that was where the sound was coming from. Now I do realize that had I continued driving and just dealt with the sound, I could have ended up in a much worse situation. His ear and knowledge told him what it was, he still put it on the lift to check it and make sure nothing else could have been causing this issue. Its the extra mile one travels without extra compensation, for someone already in a bad situation, that makes all the difference. I had three bad experiences with Moody's, one not sealing my brake fluid hose correctly and causing me to nearly miss a light pole, the second was a wrong part of $1,850 when the correct part was $220, and the third was telling me $600 would fix my car, and then when I get it back and it drives just as bad as before, and it will be another $900. I asked them in the beginning, "so this will fix my car?" The $600? Well, No Moodys anymore for me. I'm just going to drive it straight to Campbells and let them tell me the truth and do the work. I noticed a lot of specialty vehicles on Campbells lot that they were working on, I wasn't aware before they do much more than just modern cars. I saw ATV's and antiques as well. They have a lot of experience in more than their sign says. Friend and customer for life. Thank you again for all your help, I will definitely recommed your shop to anyone who is in need."
