"What kind of tire place doesn’t have a balancer??? I paid over $300.00 for 4 like new tires n u would think they would be balanced for that kind of money. They were fast putting the tires on but now I have a vibration n it’s gonna cost me more to get them balanced. If I would’ve known before hand I would’ve went somewhere else."

"Called and talked with them. They said they had 8 new trailer tires they could install. Once pulled in and started taking tires off for them. They changed with there definition of new tires. All different brands with various tread depth and all were truck tires. They go around and pick up tires from other shops that are ready for disposal. 20% tread and less and installed them for $140 a tire. Absolute robbery. The slums in the city’s know how to be professional scam artists. As soon as I called him out on it he got really defensive. Especially when I asked for the 3 almost new tires they took off back which they hid to the side to resell to the next guy. These people are a waste of good breathable air."

"I went here to support a local business and I got 2 tires put on, so they put on directional tires backwards the first time i went and when I went back to get them to swap it over they jacked my car up on the wrong spot and dented my car. When I asked them to fix the damages the owner said his employees didn’t do it and refused to help, and said sue me. It’s a shame you can’t trust local businesses that you try to support, look at the pictures may not be huge but still…."

"I went to this place to get tires for my car the young man that was changing my tires asked if I wanted new or used tires and I told him new. After they changed my tires my car was driving funny so I went back and asked them if they could take a look at my car. The owner said he would drive my car to see how it was driving after he got done with another customer so I waited but he never came to drive my car so I left went and took my car to Walmart and they told me my front driver tire had 60 in it and it should be 30 and front passenger tire is dry rotted. I then took it to tires plus and let them check it out where they told me the left rear tire was splitting and 1 tire is the wrong size while I’m there I call them and let the guy from tire plus tell them everything that’s going on so they told me to come back so they can fix the situation I get there the guy check everything and call the owner and they tell me to come back 1st thing this morning got there at 9:30 the owner told 1 of his workers he would be there in 45 minutes didn’t get there until after 11 then he come talking ma’am I want you to buy new tires”sir I supposedly had got new tires when I came in anyway so he does nothing to fix it then here we go again him telling me to come back on Monday and he would give me 2 new tires at this point I feel like they giving me the run around I work too hard for my money to just be giving it away here I go again leaving their shop and my car haven’t been fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this shop! Go to a legit shop"

"Asked if they would help me mount this tire on my rim. His reply was we don't work on these, it's too time consuming. Well as you can see they were just busting down the doors with business to be bothered to give any help. Where has all the good business sense gone. No job is too small especially when you are doing nothing. Earn some respect in the community. Went right over to Pilot and he didn't hesitate to help. Customers remember."
