"Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The new manager there well he doesn't seem to be a people person. I have to say with dealing with the public he's very quiet and he doesn't seem interested in knowing the people that pay his salary every 2 weeks or he's just a straight forward business person and then again helping customers you can tell its get your money and then he's done helping you. I've been in the automotive repair for over 35 years and I have to say he's one of the first parts person I've ever met that you can not have a conversation with. And I'm one of their commercial accounts. Most shops this day and time punch buttons on a computer to order their parts I don't I go to the store to get what I need for the simple fact I know how easy it is to click the wrong box when ordering parts and it all ready takes to long to receive the parts much less make a mistake or the delivery person grabs the wrong part on accident of course and it happens so I make a trip instead of going through all of that. But all in all a great place to purchase your automotive needs."

"850 pm. Just before closing. I pull up, truck barely running. Please let me get a battery for my truck. Guy comes out with a tester and checks battery in my truck. Says it bad. Well DUH! Now it's 9 pm. Sorry store is closed now. Can't sell you a battery. Funny how I'm stuck at battery store needing only a battery. . Thanks!"
