"George Wells needs to retire like he said he was last year. I went to Jackson Hewitt on Taylor Street for the refund advance. A really sweet lady Paula Watkins did my return, and I received the Advance. Paula told me I needed to come back with my W2 to receive another Advance. When I returned with my W2 George completed the return then called me later to say my return was not accepted by the IRS. I told George I had the same problem last year and wanted to file a paper return like last year. When I got to the office there were no clients waiting so I sat for 15 minutes and left to handle some business. I returned 40 minutes later. Still no one is waiting to have their taxed filed. I saw him look at me and said nothing. I thought he was on a phone call. The receptionist was looking like what is going on. So i said hello may you help me. That man George Wells said " Well you did not say anything when you came in." The nerve! That man George said I will not do a paper return for you here. This man has me sitting and waiting for nothing. I was ready to be done with Jackson Hewitt but I needed some money now. My dog just died and I had vet bills to pay. I went to the other location by Walmart and I saw Paula. She helped me with everything. She was so helpful, kind, and very sweet. Do not go to the other Jackson Hewitt on Taylor Street they are very rude! Thank you Paula Watkins for all your help in my time of need."
