"This used to be a great bank. The past few years they have fell behind their competitors. I use to like that they were a small town bank but now they treat you like the rest. Just a number. Their apps constantly crashing. I’ve filed multiple disputes in which they never resolve or bother to follow up on with you. So there fraud department is useless now. I’ve switched to Truist and realized what I should be getting from a bank. I’ll be closing my accounts there soon which is a Shane because ulI was there over 20 years."

"I’ve been banking at UB for as long as I can remember and I seldom go inside because of the other convenient options. However the last couple of times I’ve gone inside I’ve felt a very different (unwelcoming) feeling. Today I walked in and there were 3 ladies at the counter and one at a desk and no one spoke. I filled out my deposit slip at the little side desk and went to the First Lady at the counter and this woman did not even look up from her computer so the middle older lady in the middle asked could she help me. She was very kind which is the only reason I gave a second star. Seriously UB, do better with customer service."
