"The Cleveland location O'Reillys is absolutely amazing. I was sitting in my car out front and I called the store and asked them if they could reserve some brake pads for me and I could pay over the phone and I was going to see if they could bring them out to my car, the store associate said that he couldn't take my card over the phone. I told him I would figure out some thing because I had my baby in the backseat and it was 31° outside. Before I knew it the store manager came out to my car asked me how he could assist me. He then took my card went in the store , ran my card for the brake pads and brought them out to me. Thank God for people like the store manager of the Cleveland O'Reillys. You really made my day so much better. I will definitely come back to this location."
