"Don't waste your money buying fixtures here if you're not a major industrial business buying in bulk.I was recommended these people because the quality of the faucets are supposedly better than lowes or home depot but,I couldn't tell you if that's true or not because I've been waiting 8 weeks going on nine for my fixtures. When I came in to order,I was maybe 5 minutes late to my appointment and the sales lady was visibly annoyed that I was late,stating she had other customers coming in behind me.Regaurdless,I made my selection and was out of her hair before they even arived.When I asked how long it would take to get everything in,they told me 2 to 4 weeks is what people have normally been waiting 4 weeks being an extreme case.Yet.here I am 8 weeks in and still not with all of my fixtures,they say most everything should be in this week for my shower but can't guarantee if it will be,I'm having to change my bathroom faucets, because they didn't order the plate needed to cover the wholes,I mention to to lady I've been out of my house 8 going on 9 weeks, her response was well you shouldn't be remodeling during a pandemic.Well I didn't have a choice being a water line burst and flooded my house.Jusy very unprofessional and they're not even technicalogicly advanced enough to track your order and see if or when it's been shipped. At this point I truly believe they are filling bulk orders before mine because they don't want to loose their business. I spent Over 3 grand on fixtures from this place and this is how they treat their customers. Never again Noland."
