"Thought I would stop in after work one day and get some prices on metal roofing. I was greeted by a guy who acted as if I was a zombie or something. Very unprofessional! Anybody who wants to make a sell needs to be attentive and kind to a customer and needs to go out of there way to help a customer. This didnt happen he told me wait out here and I will grab you a price list of our products. Not impressed,first impressions are the most important! Went by another metal roofing company and the salesman was very nice and helpful! Even gave me a tour of facility and gave me 10% off my entire purchase!"

"I went in to Macon metal to get prices on metal and the older lady up front as soon as you walk in the door was very rude and seem to be on some type of drug ... she could not hold her eyes opens and you should not understand her talk and she got rude when I asked her to repeat what she said ... I think she needs to be tested !! I would not recommend this place at all due to their employee. Just awful !!!!"

The people are nice enough but the organization and the process of completing orders in a timely manner and getting them correct could use improvement. When contractors need thier supplies they need them and it shouldn't take days to bend a piece of metal for a customer. When the client doesn't pay the contractor doesn't get paid."
