Kitchens Hardwood Flooring

"From the day they started until the day that they finished was 2.5 weeks to refinish hardwoods in 1000 sq/ft house. The worker is trying to tell me that I should've done vinyl instead of refinishing HARDWOODS (obviously because it was easier for him to work on smh). I thought I'd try these guys again on the next job and he just flaked out without any correspondence. This old-timer refuses to respond to your text messages, and instead wants to do long phone calls each time (this is 2022 and you do what is good for the customer jack!)"
