"Very Poor Calipers Painting work ( See attached Pics ) done by Total Appearance . Paid $ 375 for my new Ford Truck F 150 calipers Painting and the work not worth for $ 50 .I contacted the customer service and explained the issue but I didn't get any positive reply from the Total Appearance Customer service team .Also done my Truck Exhaust modification and after that my truck transmission Pressure sensor was damaged because of the improper handling of the Truck by the road tester . Very bad experience from Total Appearance ."
"I had window tint done. The pricing for ceramic tint was unbeatable and they did an amazing job on my 2021 Camry. I also had a subwoofer installed with an amp that I’ve had in previous vehicles. It didn’t sound right, so I bought it back and they had it sounding impeccable the second time around. The customer service was stellar. Jerome really helped me out and provided exceptional customer service!!! They took what could’ve been a terrible experience and made it a great one. They really put me 1st. I will say the installation was a bit pricey considering I’ve had the same set up it in at least 4 vehicles prior to the Camry, but overall a pleasantly decent experience. I would recommend and when I’m ready for some wheels, I’m getting them from here just because of the friendly atmosphere and customer service alone. Thank You Jerome and the Total Appearance team."
