"Opening hours not consistent with Walmart website. Supposed to be open at 7- at 8:10 someone unlocked the door, but still not ready to check people in until 8:30. Advertising of price for tire install ($13 per tire) was super misleading- in reality much higher than advertised because of balancing fee, charging for valve stem, etc ($120 for 4). Guy who checked in my car said it would be done in about an hour- 3.5 hours later it was finally ready. Poor communication, organisation, and never an apology or explanation. Never doing this again"

"Went here for 4 inexpensive 15-inch tires for my brothers older truck ($80 each), which they had in stock. Waited about 2 hours on a Saturday morning for the job to be finished, typical for "fast service. " The work was done quickly and efficiently, giving my brothers truck the ride and safety he needed at a reasonable price for name brand knock-off all terrain tires. He reports that they handle great regardless of where he drives the truck. Satisfaction at a good price with quick service done right the first time. Thank you, Wal-Mart Auto Care Center!"

"They do a job for cheap. Couple universal rules for Walmart Auto: 1) don't call, they won't answer 2) double whatever length of time you would normally expect the service to take, then double it again 3) don't expect it done right, these guys are paid the absolute minimum; they are absolutely all high af 4) don't leave valuables in your car 5) double check your receipt to make sure you were charged right, they love to "accidentally" charge for the wrong thing 6) talking to corporate or a supervisor or anyone else about any of their actions will never result in any change, because all of Walmart knows of these universal rules Go anywhere else and pay $20 more for it done right and on-time"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Arrived at 6:55a (they open at 7a), was the second car waiting but that didn’t matter. They don’t come to your car to ask what service you need. I’ve been to Walmarts across the US for oil changes & I’ve NEVER had to go inside to tell them what service I needed. Then the guy tells me over 3 hour wait for an oil change. I wish Target had an auto center."

"Good customer service, Went in for two new tires. Replace my tires and put my donuts back in my car. Can do a better job updating customers on the time and status off repair. satisfy with the service that I receive and I will definitely go back again"
