"I actually have a really good review for Sons Honda, but until they release my $931 that has been in limbo for almost a full week and has completely messed over my finances, the one star remains. This portion is completely unacceptable and when I addressed the issue with them the same day, they mentioned they “couldn’t claim the money” and couldn’t ship my part, forcing me to pay via my bank. Would not accept the screenshot of my pending money, CC company says the transaction was approved and I’m just stuck in financial hell. Was told a supervisor would do absolutely nothing for this. I hope this review changes their mind."
