"Wiley Sanders drivers and others take note!!! Please come only at your appointment times. My my appointment was between 12 o’clock and 2:00 PM. I was here at 1 o’clock. Gentlemen John Tatem kindly asked me to, call my dispatcher, because supposedly I was originally given an appointment of 8 PM tonight. He is graciously unloading me after talking to my dispatchers and telling them that’s why we have to have an appointment, instead of showing up whenever it’s convenient or when we can make it. Robin, dispatcher At WILEY, said that he thought it was available 24 hours a day, and that he was also sending another person in here today that will be early. If you read correctly on your customer directions, it does have overnight parking, Also RECEIVE 24 HOURS 7 DAYS * NEEDS APPOINTMENT SET!!! * That means come when your appointment is, not when it’s convenient for you. Please tell other companies or other dispatchers this situation. I’m thankful for Mr. John unloading me this time. He says he’s going to have to stop being so nice and unloading every time someone shows up."
"Delivered roll stock here twice. Both times in and out in less than 45 minutes."
"Roll paper deliveries goes to the back where there are 2 docks. Hold on to the paperwork, the worker will come out and get it once you're docked. Park to the side while waiting for a dock and when docking slide tandems to the rear. Depending on the how many ahead, it took me about 45 mins to an hour to get unloaded once docked. Dock worker very courteous every time I've delivered here."
"In dock bein unloaded another truck docks that's deliverin a forklift so they stop unloadin me n start playin wit new forklift as I sit n wait 2 b finished unloaded so I can get 2 my nxt apt, this is very unprofessional as I literally sit here n dock n watch them play"
