"NEVER use this bank for a home loan. I’m one business week past my closing date and they still can’t figure out how to get paperwork together to send to USDA for loan approval. I’m told day after day by my loan officer, Gina Nuckolls, it’ll be sent to underwriting, it’ll be sent to underwriting, it’ll be sent to underwriting, then it’ll be sent to USDA. Well we’re on day 5 of the excuses and it has yet to be sent to USDA. They’ll place blame on others for them moving as quickly as pond water and won’t reach out to you for updates. If it wouldn’t take 45 days for a lender to restart the process, we would’ve already switched lenders. I’m excited to see if this review slows down the process more."

"Went to open 3 business checking account's was told they were short of staff which I thought is hard to believe as the bank was slow hardly any customers, 2 tellers, 2 person in office. After all its end of month and also Tuesday and also 9.15am in morning dont know which banks are busy in this small town at this time."
