"Great at taking care of your immediate tax filing, horrible at follow up on other items and actions. We got our taxes done with Cathy last year, went very well. We had some items from the year before she wanted to look into, promised to do it on April 18th, never did. Realizing she had some personal issues that delayed follow up, we waited awhile, still never heard back after multiple emails and phone calls. Eventually called office to complain and ask for someone else to work the case, they too never called back. Cathy only responded to one email, said she would get back to us the next Monday and never did. Will NEVER use this office or Cathy again. In it for the quick buck, not long term customer retention or satisfaction"

I had 401k tax papers as well as healthcare tax papers; but I was told she didn't need it or wasn't necessary to my tax return. These people are looking to make a quick 75$ from you. I made 40000 last year and I literally only got 100$ back. I've made much less and still got at least 600 back. Not with them. I think they are unethical and racist. I would go anywhere else but here. If you want to be undermined by people that have fake smiles and evil souls, go right a head. I'm sure they've preyed on other people they thought were dumb because of their skin color or educational background; or lack there of."
