"If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Horrible company. I installed a Lennox Air Handler two months ago, after some issues with the existing heat pump I inquired about replacing it. They offered me 2 options. 1) buy new heat pump for $5000 or 2) buy a bundle that includes a new heat pump, air handler, pad, heat strips, and a bunch of other stuff I don't need for the same price. Nevermind the airhandler I just bought for $2500. An absolute cash grab!!"

"Late night delivery usually pretty quick and will let you in early but will take a minute to get you out . Good unload most of the time."

"OTR Driver here. Delivered here 23:45 appt. This is a gated secure facility, check hours, only can fit one truck at driveway entry until gate is opened, like 3 trucks wait in the center turn lane at street. Unloading went descent, could be a bit faster but overall okay. Checkin good, docking area snug in some areas but okay. Slide tandems to rear, chock wheels, remove red airline and install their red air lock, they'll remove when given bills. No ovnp."
