"Florworx installed the carpet in our home after being hired by Cook Residential. After a few months, the carpet was worn and flat. I understand what builder grade is, but you cannot put a three year warranty on something that lasts months. Florworx admitted to it being a "defective product" and replaced the carpet in July. By November the issue was happening again. This time it has taken me three months to get a response from Florworx. Now, Emily at florworx responded to me with the following message: After speaking with my team, we realized that since we did this work directly for your builders (Cook), you will need to reach out to them directly for help with this issue. I apologize for any miscommunication in this process.Cook has a new flooring vendor, and since this was not an installation issue, there is nothing else we can do. Please reach out to Cook for further assistance. This company does not follow through with customer support or install quality products."

"Florworx installed flooring in our new home. They left a gap between planks, and repaired it with putty while under warranty. When I asked what they would do if the putty did not last, they said not to worry they would stand behind their work. After one year the putty disappeared and they declined to repair it, even after I requested they simply demonstrate the process one time so I could make future repairs myself."

"Florworx installed the floors in our house. There is already chipping all over the engineered hardwoods AND the carpet wasn't even pulled all the way to the wall in several places. We are being told we have to pay to get these replaced even though this is clearly due to poor installation and a manufacturer defect from the products. Stay away!"
