"Looks like this Home Depot location is content with doing the absolute bare minimum when it comes to customer service. It's fine to shop here for anything OTHER than something that requires human interaction. Need a power tool behind the locked cabinet? Good luck! Get ready to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by to help. Don't bother using the app to request for help like the sign tells you - no one will come. You will need to track down one of the three employees that are on the floor and wait for them to finish whatever they are doing. Need some lumber cut? Good luck! We visited this store on three separate occasions in one week to purchase lumber and get it cut for us. Each time we are told that someone will be with us shortly, only to wait 15+ minutes for nothing to happen. Each visit we ask multiple times for someone to assist, that we've been waiting for a while. Nothing. No one comes. I'm literally trying to give you my money!! Is it too much to ask to have someone at the wood cutting station when it's their job to be there?"

"Corporate really needs to periodically mystery shop this location. I went yesterday Oct. 17. Terrible customer service from several employees. Waited over an hour for someone to assist me with buying a door before I just pulled it myself. To add insult to injury, when I arrived at the pro desk there were over 3 employees sitting down and having a conversation instead of assisting customers. When I requested help from the african american woman sitting down enjoying her conversation with 3 other employees, she responded with a rude attitude and said “you can go over there to the open register” note there was ONE open register to assist a long line of pro customers. Terrible experience this location needs to get their act together and clean house with these negligent employees."

"The service was great. The associate working in plumbing was very knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me in finding what I needed to complete the job. I was also able to pick up some other items we need, all was in stock. Sounds like a good visit, right? Wrong this is what I will remember the most."
