Cummin Landscape Supply

"This "landscaping company" stated they can't drop fill material anywhere but driveways, despite telling me 3 times the delivery could be made to my desired location and lying to me about scheduling the delivery. Then they blew me off and didn't even tell me they wouldn't deliver AFTER the projected delivery window. The ground I was asking for the delivery to be placed on is rock solid, even after heavy rain, and I even took measures to ensure the area was suitable for a heavy truck to drive on. Very unprofessional and unfortunate for them as I need quite a bit of repeat orders of gravel. Edit: as the business responded with an attempt at gaslighting me to save face I will elaborate that the driver did not even see the requested drop location and called me after the first scheduled delivery window, stoned out of his mind, and took 10 minutes to figure out how to say he couldn't drive to my property. The delivery was scheduled two more times after this without so much as a phone call cancellation. There was nothing unsafe about the drop location and two other companies have had no issues dropping 36 tons of material after heavy rain in the same spot. Furthermore, in addition to the gaslighting above, the company has reached out to me in an attempt to "clean up" the review (their words). My advice would be to take this review as a sign you should listen to customers and pretend you care before you lose business."

"We had an amazing experience using Cummin Landscape off Moreland. Their website was the easiest to navigate, showed us the product they offered with details and showed prices. I appreciate being upfront. We visited the yard to look for garden borders for our entire yard. The employees working in the yard checked up on us multiple times to answer any questions and help offer alternatives or locations of what we wanted to look at. We then went in to the office where they were equally helpful. They helped organize the shipment and guaranteed a hold on the three pallets we wanted to purchase for when we get back from the holidays. They also helped answer questions over the loose pallets outside the office. We saw some amazing stepping stones and opted to buy 6 of them for the side of our house and they were affordable and able to be taken that day. The day before our delivery we decided we wanted to purchase some stone steps to help easy the transition from our wood deck to the backyard. They were able to add it on the delivery and didn’t charge anything extra. The delivery continues to be on-brand. He arrived early in the delivery window with the 4 pallets we ordered. He also had an amazing fork lift that was able to place the pallets across our yard so we didn’t have to trek back and forth to the street. The fork lift is large and I’m glad we had 8’ clearance on the side of our house for him to drop off pallets in the backyard, especially the 350lb stepping stones. I would encourage visiting and using their services. I am a first time homeowner and am thankful they made this process easy, affordable, and seamless."
