"Salespeople were helpful enough but didn’t sell me enough tile, after assuring me I would have more than enough. Then when I need to buy more so my project doesn’t get pushed another day they push their calls to VM because “they’re in appointments all day” and don’t call back promptly."
"If you're looking for tile and helpful staff, look no further. We've been looking for bath tile and had an idea of what we wanted. We couldn't find it at Floor and Decor or other shops. The folks here helped us with selections and even noted that they have a fabricator who can cut the larger 12 x 24 tiles to 6 x 24 to fit the design we want. They even gave us one large tile to take home. The prices are roughly on par with Floor and Decor but with Speciality Tile you get a much better product."
"Specialty Tile were happy to bill us for thousands of dollars worth of tile, but when the wrong tile showed up I was the one left holding the bag. Even items that were completely unopened, we were told, are non returnable. Baloney. They should have made the order right and refunded my money but instead they thumbed their noses at us. Do not patronize them. If they’re going to charge a premium price they should provide a premium experience. Never again."
