"Biggest complaint was that they were shady and tech told me mold was a "bacteria" which i found unsettling. I asked who they were insured with before scheduling a mold remediation and when I called their insurance carrier to verify, the carrier said the policy had been canceled a couple months earlier. When I told the manager, she said she'd look into it and never got back to me. Mold is not a bacteria and for someone who works around it most days, I'd kind of expect them to have a better understanding of that. Other than that, they were quick and inexpensive which was nice. Sent lots of pictures in real time."
