"If it were possible to give fewer stars, it would still be too many! I hired Jenny to do a "deep clean" on my home and what she considers clean is something that perhaps a 5 year old would consider clean. She's a nice and polite woman, but based on my experience she lacks even the most basic of cleaning skills. Despite bragging to me about how she's a "legit" cleaning professional with favorable Google reviews, she proved to be incompetent as a cleaner and did an awful job at my home. I honestly don't think she went into every room despite proactively claiming the contrary. She literally went out of her way to assure me that the house was clean which unless sh'es blind or has poor eyesight she had to know that I would take notice. She was almost prideful in describing to me how the ovens were "clean", each of the bathrooms was "cleaned", the surfaces and floors "cleaned", ceiling fans dusted, etc. To add insult to injury, she was not even apologetic when confronted with evidence of the poor quality of service she provided to me. I waited 8 days after bringing my dissatisfaction to her attention to see how she would respond before sharing my experience in this review. Her response, the opposite of what I would expect from a small business owner in a competitive space ......silence. No apology, no excuse, no attempt to resolve...instead she chose the "ignore your previous customer strategy". So here's my summary: I WOULD NEVER HIRE HER AGAIN and recommend that you look elsewhere if you want your spaced cleaned. Jenny I hope you take this as feedback and use it to get better if you get future clientele! Your previous 5-star reviews are clearly fakes as a 5-star cleaner would at a minimum follow the basic rules of cleaning (e.g. don't attempt to clean a surface with a dirty rag because it will leave streaks and smears once dry, pay attention to detail, actually clean the rooms you say you've cleaned, making it smell like bleach doesn't mean it's clean, a clean oven should actually look clean, using low quality products will yield low quality results, etc). Lastly, a picture is worth a thousand words so here is the finished product of her "deep clean". And this is only a sample of the poor cleaning job she did. You be the judge!"

"Jenny does great work! She is very conscious, detailed oriented & dependable. I have a one bedroom apartment & she charges me a very inexpensive rate. I met Jenny when I was giving away two recliners (which she took for her mother who had just had a fire in her home). When the other cleaners I used to use stop coming or even returning my phone messages I called Jenny. We made an appointment, she arrived on time & I would recommend her to any one who needs a home cleaned well. She is truly a "get it done" company!"
