"I would give this Hobby Lobby zero stars if I could. It's bad enough that the aisles aren't marked, but it's almost impossible to find an associate on the floor to assist you. When I finally found the two items I needed to purchase, I waited online for 15 minutes, as there were only two cashiers open, mind you, there were two other employees (likely a supervisor and manager) who saw how long the lines were but did not open additional registers. The woman behind me who only wanted to purchase one item ended up walking out of the store first, and at the 15 minute mark, I dropped the TWO items that I had and left the store frustrated. On my way out I complained to a female supervisor about the wait and how they needed to open up additional registers. In response she said they were having staffing issues....I wonder why???? If you still decide to shop at Hobby Lobby over Michael's do yourself a favor and go to another location."

"I love shopping at HL, but the check out lines could be MUCH better. They remind me of WalMart--only 2 lanes open. The store really needs to staff more cashiers to handle the volume of shoppers they always have."
