It’s the only decking in my market with a natural look, that has a unique tongue and groove end match that clicks together. This is perfect for me because that end match is structural, so it can fall between the joists. That unsupported joint has a span rating of 100 pounds per square foot so the time is takes to install is tremendously reduced. The biggest selling point for me is the fact that is carries a Class A fire rating. It's nonflammable and it's not going to burn & is Cal Fire W.U.I. approved. This is a must for us in California. More and more cities and counties are requiring Class A only decking. With all of these highlights plus the beauty and consistency of the material, its an easy choice for me."
