"One time she called and cancelled. Okay... benefit of the doubt I give. Scheduled a second time, she was going to be a half hour late. So I cancelled as I had to pick up my child. Tried to reschedule she couldn't fit me in till a week later and she cancelled on me and then was late. I'm a single mom who really needed the help. We have to play dual roles in everything we do. I try to stay organized as I am able to get more done that way because I have two roles. It is upsetting to me when I can't count on others to be accountable yet as a single mom I seem to maintain roles for both partners of a relationship. When you pay a person to help fulfill that role and they can't twice well I then have to look back on the other side for a contractor and handyman. Which should I pay for? Answer: The one that shows up."
