"My condo flooded Christmas Day in 2022 and every moment working with EPIC was abysmal. The communication was awful and getting in touch was always difficult. The mold and mildew remediation did not start until March. Then they would not start work until all the condo owners paid upfront. I had to live in a condo for 77 days, until I ran out of insurance money. By that point, work still had not started on my condo. Finally on 12/12/23 (almost a year later), I received an email from EPIC asking if I could fill out a statement of satisfaction. Apparently my condo restoration was finished on 11/15 and nobody bothered to tell me."

The crew cleaned up. They gave me an itemized cost list before I agreed to hire them. The office staff answered the phone right away. "I have a elderly mother who owns a condo in Atlanta. She had some water damage in her condo due to other tenants in her building. Epic performed the water remediation in the home. She seemed ok with work until she received the bill. I actually work in the water mitigation and restoration field and when I investigated further into the bill after constantly bugging my mom to let me review the bill. I discovered some alarming charges. EPIC charged my mother several lines items based on her in ability to be fully be uneducated in the mitigation field (no insurance company would pay these line items). I was an field/desk adjuster for State Farm, Allstate and Farmers. Upset with the charges I spoke to several representatives which included Candance (also very dishonestly and a crook) until I spoke to William. He tried to justify the line items and quickly took off several lines items which shows the Company level of dishonesty and lack of integrity but still would not change labor hours that no insurance company would ever approve. After arguing for hours we finally decided to just pay the balance. Bottom line for anyone who is looking to use this company please understand they will use their experience to take your money, lie to you, take advantage of anyone especially an elderly person which I find to be pitiful."

"I walked into my friend's condo building to discover a massive water leak coming down the three story interior and pooling on outside his door. He immediately called EPIC and they were ON IT! I was impressed at the speed which they arrived and knew exactly what to do! Their training paid off! They stopped the leak and began the drying out process for each of the three floors. I've now seen them replacing drywall, etc. While this was not my place, I am overly impressed with the service EPIC provided and added them to my contacts for a future emergency situation."
