"My wife took a black and white dress here. When picked up, the dress was black and pink. The man behind the counter said the dress had incorrect instructions on the tag and it was not his fault. We have taken this same dress there before with no issues. The man offered no kind of reimbursement for ruining a $200+ dress. He said it was not his problem, deal with it."

"Was told my dry cleaning would be ready Tuesday (a 5 day wait) - Tried to pick up late afternoon and was told I had to come back after 5:30 & they close at 6:30. When I dropped off there was NO indication of what time Tuesday I could pick up. Like most people I have a very hectic schedule & went out of my way to make the trip for pick up. The business man in front of me dropped off 10 items and was told they’d be ready that night even though he indicated he was in no rush. Absolute trash customer service. There are plenty of other options around & I don’t appreciate having my time wasted"

"Kim's Cleaners has been around for 4 decades and knows what they are doing. My family has been going there for both alterations and conventional dry cleaning for almost that same amount of time and always are pleased with their service. They give you an estimate of when clothing will be ready and we haven't had issues with delays. This is one of the local small businesses you'd want to support; Ms. Kim at the counter is super friendly. Moreover, prices are very fair and they've been doing what they can to keep it like that while surviving the Covid-19 downturn."
