"They use a horrible leasing company. If you use amazing machinery financing, you might as well just hand over your arm & leg at signing. Paying over $6000 for a $3200 piece of equipment. And being overcharged according to our contract. BEWARE *Edit after response from business* The response has no merits behind it. For everybody’s reference, they are trying to say that the amount their financing company is charging is accurate. I want to refer everybody to look into their financing companies and their reviews. They use a company called Quickspark. Quickspark is financing company owned by TimePayment. I recommend everyone look into Timepayment yourself. They have a 3.7 star on google and 1.07/5.00 star on BBB. Amazing machinery I stand by my comments. Do better next time. Nice try on the comments."

"I’ve had an awful experience with Amazing Machinery. If you want to waste countless hours being frustrated and working on something you bought brand new, look no further. I will outline my experience and tell you how it ended. I got this jetter brand new in July of “22 after waiting for months and months for it, with no updates on progress unless I called and asked, which I had to do multiple times. Once it arrived, It was refused once for being dropped and looking terrible, by the time I got it, there were still minor issues with it, that I believed to be cosmetic, but we were eager to get it running after all we had to drive out of state to get it, and we had waited months and months for it to be built. So I just bent the air filter back myself, and told myself it wasn’t a big deal. The jetter didn’t come with any sort of water filter, they later told me that they never shipped one without a filter. It came with the wrong cart reel( literally a power washer cart that was unusable for the 3/8 hose. I called them to ask about it, they didn’t even know where that cart came from, and they sent me another reel free of charge, which I appreciated even though. This reel was also huge and wouldn’t work for bringing into homes or basements as it wouldn’t fit through doorways. So we ended up ordering a Spartan reel. The jetter also didn’t come with any 1” tubing for the tank to pump feed. This jetter was supposed to be sold as a van pack. Once my guy brought it back it was very evident that it was designed for an open trailer. Exhaust on one side, reel facing the opposite side. Not good at all for a van. Made it work for a bit with this terrible configuration. The jetter quickly had issues with the ignition switch and pressure loss, would work well intermittently. ended up customizing a skid, so that the the exhaust would blow directly out the door. but leaving everything effectively the same. Found a filter for it and a 1” hose. For the tank to pump connection. The ignition switch failed within two months, my guy said “it’s almost never reaching the pressure it should.” the company takes no responsibility. They just say “we've never had issues like this before” and just seem stuck in this loop of saying it’s only me having these issues. I find this impossible to believe, since me as well as most of my employees have a lot of experience with jetters and have never heard of anyone having this much trouble. It’s Always having issues and acting up. It’s never worked well for more than a few jobs at a time. I spend more time working on it than I do with my own family. I’ve torn it apart and put the pump back together multiple times with no success. it won’t build pressure. No defective check valves, I’m on the third unloader. Replacing the unloader resolved the issue once. It doesn’t seem like that complicated of a machine to have issues like this. But it just continues to keep disappointing. Firmly believe it’s complete trash. And do not want an experience like this ever again. I don’t like leaving bad reviews. This is probably the second bad review I’ve ever left anyone in my 32 years of existence. Company had great reviews, I really tried to make it work but you have to decide what your time is worth at some point. They have overnighted me parts that I’ve had to pay for, they charged me 900+ for repairs that over the phone they previously said they would not charge for even though I told them I had modified the skid. Only told me I had to pay them 900 once it was sitting several states away, in their possession. When I got the jetter back it was leaking from the unloader and running rough. Had to unscrew a few things to replace the unloader. Worked fine for a month or so, started running rough and blew a hose. Ran great for a couple of months and then just started being a nightmare again. We have gotten less than 20 successful jets out of this machine and an insane amount of downtime, and cancelled jets/lost jobs. Please run. Buy something more reliable from a company that cares."

"Bought a camera, jetter, sonde, and extra hoses(parts) from these people. The quality of these products is better than most of my competition at over half the cost. They are very honest and knowledgeable about all of the products they offer. I've did business with matt at least 3 times and it's always refreshing to have someone honest and knowledgeable to help make things so easy. Thanks again!"

"I was washing a clients site when the shaft of my injector suddenly broke in half and I had a job to finish ASAP! No way I could inject without a solid shaft! I looked around online and found Amazing Machinery! Even though they primarily sell jetting equipment, Matt fixed me up with a new injector to finish my job up in 2.3 seconds flat! He even showed me a shiny new ball valve with a nice strong stainless shaft that I happy obliged to. Thank You AMAZING MATT!"
