"It’s been over a week and my garbage have not been picked up. I’ve called the company all week to find out what’s going on, the reps told me a supervisor will call me back, to date i haven’t received a call back and my garbage have not been picked up. September the 18 2023 i will be calling the office to cancel my services and get a refund for the next 2 months that i have already paid upfront for. I am very disappointed in this company. Do better!! keep the customer informed if services are delayed /company is having issues with trucks. Everyday last week i called the office & my garbage have not been collected & i have not heard from anyone in regards to my garbage. I have paid upfront !! I need the rest of my money back!!!"
