"After hearing the horror stories from several friend's about their septic tank cleaning, I was skeptic of the septic! I called several companies, and the lady I spoke with on the phone with Pro Flow was easily the most professional, knowledgeable and honest. The guys arrived at my house in perfect time, ready to work. They were quick to find the tank, and get it uncovered. Then, I was hit with an "it's too thick" fee and told that I need to jet wash the mainline and drain field for the low-low price of $1,700. I opted not to do this and only pay the "it's too thick" fee. I very much appreciated the professionalism from this company, as well as the work done. I'm still not sure how they managed to make such a small dent in my yard. Really, I recommend pro flow and the work they do, just be ready for the up-charge that several other reviews mentioned."
