"I subcontracted Custom Carpets (John Drenski) through Houndstooth Carpet Cleaners. I paid for the “whole house” special. I have to be honest, my carpets now look the exact same as they did before!l. It seems all he does is gloss over them with HOT water. There are obviously no cleaning chemicals involved because my carpets are still dingy and dirty and they are only 3 years old. I had to point out specific spots to him to go back over. Once he spent an extra 10 seconds on each spot, they came up. Why didn’t he spend the few extra minutes the first time to clean them. I shouldn’t have had to tell him to go back over them. He only seemed to want to hurry and get to his next job. John is a nice guy but he needs to step it up and use more than just hot water when he cleans. Very disappointed with the results and would NOT recommended."

So you know when he says 8:00am he means it! He cleaned my grandparents house and I was so impressed with his customer service and professional appearance, I decided to give him a try! He has a very clean, well maintained vehicle, dressed in uniform, very organized, all around excellent experience! The price is HANDS DOWN unbeatable. We have two cats and he was very conscious about letting me know the door would be open to allow for his equipment to be used and even notified me when one of the cats ran down the stairs to alert me to watch for an attempted escape.
