"This female the employee stole my $400 blanket that I dropped off on 7/12 due to be picked up on 7/14. I walked in and I told her on 7/25 I’m sorry I’m late i recently had surgery on my hand and unable to drive. She told me my comforter was in Fayetteville then when i asked where it was so i can go pick it up. Then she stated she didn’t know what store it was exactly but never told me the location. Never allowed me to speak with the manager or anything of the sort but told me to come back later I came back later and still nothing. I called the next day no answer so then I showed up. When I walked in I was told I had already picked up my blanket when their “system was down” I said ok how did I pay for it because I never carry cash she said “ you must’ve had cash that day”. Long story short police was called report filed and I’m definitely going to court."

"The worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. I told them that I needed my deceased fathers suit dry cleaned as soon as possible. The lady told me tomorrow at 5pm is the earliest. Come next day I arrived their at 4:30 AND THE SUIT WASNT THEIR. They TOLD ME to drive to another location to pick up my dead’s father’s suit to pick up for his funeral service. Later to find out, the lady could’ve told me they could do a rush order for the clothes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR IMPORTANT LAST MINUTE OCCASIONS. My dead fathers suit was in a totally different location on time of pick up. I believe it was the managers wife who gave this traumatizing experience to my family going through a difficult time. Absolute shame on them. UNFORGIVABLE"
