"This place is the worst cleaners I've ever used. The owner assured me my 4 jackets and one pair of slacks would be done in 2 days. I returned for pickup 30 minutes before they closed and my clothes were not ready. The owner was not available to speak to. They asked me to give them some time to complete my slacks. The slacks were wrinkled and still wet. The stains were still on my slacks that the owner claimed he would make sure to clean. I will NEVER use this service again!"

"If you want a hit or miss type of dry cleaners, I highly suggest J C Cleaners. Some of my clothes were cleaned with a high level of performance, while quite a few of the other clothes that I brought in were done at a very low level of performance. Honestly, I can tell that at least one of my shirts wasn't cleaned at all. That's precisely what I was trying to get away from. They do an excellent job with jeans and shorts of any kind, as well as great alterations."

"Went to them a few times, but the last time they messed up my shirt. It had oil stains it took them almost 3 weeks to "fix it". They didn't offer my husband any type of discount never called to see l say it was ready. We had to check every few days..... they'll never get our money again"

"Worst staff ever. I’ve never been treated so bad in my entire life just because I said I wanted to make some changes to my order. He grabbed my clothes and threw them at me. And as I demanded respect he threw them at me saying “Yes I am being rude with you, what are you going to do about it?” I am a mother, daughter, and wife and I deserve respect specially if I am giving it to you."

"I have been coming here for about 10 years. The work has always been superb. Clothes are very well pressed. The way they use the hangers is perfect...no wrinkles at all. I bring my shirts here as I have NO desire to iron although I can. I have never had a complaint about their work or service."
