HappyNest Laundry Service

"If you’re in the south Fulton area be leery of this service. This is a franchise business so there are different owners. I tried it out and their area manager Richard left my clothes hanging on dirt. In my preferences I selected to have everything folded for the simple fact that I don’t want my clean clothes touching the ground. They didn’t follow directions. Had they done so this wouldn’t have been an issue because the clothes would’ve been in a bag and not partially covered with the bottoms hanging out. I took a picture and contacted support and they weren’t helpful at all. They expected me to just have my clothes sitting around waiting for a resolution. I tried the service out in an effort to free up my time which it didn’t do. Deanna their cs rep told me it could take 2-3 days to get a follow up response. So like any sane person I redid my laundry because who’s waiting 2-3 for an answer? When they responded the next day their resolution was to have the clothes picked back and redone. So that would’ve been an additional 2 days waiting for my clothes back. They think that was a proper resolution and offered nothing else."

"I used to love utilizing this service. I’d used it for about 2 years and had no issues—washing pickup and delivery was always flawless. Recently every service has an issue. Clothes still smell dingy. Articles of clothing that are not mine are mixed in with my laundry. But worst of all, they are not drying my clothes thoroughly. So they get delivered in the bag and are sitting moisture resulting in molded clothes. I am so enraged by that I can’t even put it into words. To not dry clothes thoroughly is just pure laziness. I will not be utilizing this service, again and would advise everyone to consider before they choose to, as well."

"Originally loved the service. However, had a weight dispute (actually sent in less than usual) and my bill was over $30 more. They fully believed their weight was correct . They offered to inconvenience me more and pick the bedding back up to reweigh it. Unfortunately that wasn’t an option as the bedding was needed for the next day. Horrendous customer service. Still waiting for another manager call. Ridiculous. Basically they can weigh your laundry however they see fit; charge you and you have no way of getting the money stolen from you back. They did refund some money but I canceled my account as this service was supposed to make my life easier not harder. I don’t trust them"

"This was our first time using HappyNest and a laundry service and it was SEAMLESS! We were able to book quickly and easily on our day of choice and even use our own detergent. They followed all of our specifications and provided reminders and updates along the way. Our clothes and detergent were returned and folded beautifully! I HIGHLY recommend HappyNest and their services!"

"I will go into detail and fully update later but I wanted to share my experience briefly now to try and save someone who may be considering HappyNest to service your laundry. First, let me say the “help desk” is very kind. They would be the only reason for A star. The people that actually do your laundry are careless and unprofessional. They are washing your clothes with other’s laundry. They lost parts of a very expensive (by my standards over $200) sheet set and it’s been over two weeks and the manager at the faculty still hasn’t responded to the multiple attempts that the help desk has made to investigate where my belongings are. I used an AMAZING service last year and had to pause briefly due to financial reasons. When I started back up the following month I figured I’d look for a company that hung clothes because we hang everything so it saves me a step…which is the whole point of the service…saves time and stress, right?! Not with HappyNest! My clothing were sometimes sloppily hung and more often than not most of my clothing were folded even though it says in my preferences to hang everything except towels, socks, and underwear. They clearly saw the preferred option because about 5-15 items were always hung. I wish I could share the company I’m going back to but then I feel my review may be discounted as a trolling situation…it’s not. So I’ll keep it to myself but there are MUCH better services out there! I will come back to update and share photos when I have some time. KEEP SHOPPING AROUND!"
