He let it run about 35-40 minutes and demanded payment. I was expecting him to take his machine upstairs, but it never happened. He asked if I wanted sanitation treatment, which is an add-on treatment. Competitors usually charge between $25-$75. I was told that this was a separate charge at $299 per unit. I declined. It's been a month; no word yet. Either the owner is unaware, doesn't care, or condones this practice of deceiving customers. Could this be discrimination?"
