I went down to Expressive Flooring to express my displeasure and they couldn’t have cared less. Him: Really? This is what they think is a good installation? Me: They couldn’t care less. They got their money. I’m nothing to them now. Him Alright let’s figure out how to fix this or cover it up…"

"In October 2023, I went to Expressive Flooring at Peachtree city location for carpet. The staff was very friendly and professional. She showed me the samples, carpets on sale, and we did cost estimate together. I explained that I need to get carpet replaced withing 10 days for the house. She called me after regular work hours to set up the other staff to come by house the next Morning to do estimate. They picked up the perfect carpet for my house - good quality carpet (thick and soft) and good price (because carpet was in stock). They scheduled the installation within a week, even sooner than what I asked. The installation was very good too. The two men team didn't take dinner break, worked till around 8pm to get all work done. I am very satisfied with the entire process and very thankful for the staff! As I mentioned to the staff and Manager - I certainly will go back to their store for more flooring work."
