"We just had our whole house updated with new carpet from Dalton's. I have never had the customer service or professionalism from any retailer. Cassidy the salesperson took care of all our questions and concerns. We had our carpet replaced the middle of December and we were afraid it was going to be a problem with Christmas. We also had a lot of heavy furniture. Havier the supervisor and his crew who did our insulation was the most respectful and professional installers I have every dealt with. If I had to rate this company, I would give it a 12 out f 10. I would give a strong recommendation for this company and their installers. Thank you for all your hard work."

The installation takes no time at all; the lads arrive on time, put everything in just so, clean up, and they're outta there. "The folks at Kemps were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cassidy in particular, was great with information and project follow through. We had about 1200 Sq ft of Shaw LvP professionally installed a few months ago; the same crew came back today to complete the last room of 250 Sq ft. Super attention to detail such as floor prep and clean up.We like the fact they have well-vetted installation folks versus the box stores who select their installers by who is available that day. Kemps pricing was also very competitive.We'd highly recommend this company for your flooring needs."
