"Use to be my favorite GameStop however I quit going once new management took over. Preordered a brand-new game back in November. Was supposed to receive the game two days early which was the whole point of Pre- Order however the never received it. The issue was not the fact that GameStop did not receive the game it was the fact that the store kept giving me the runaround. I had to call the store to get an update on why I had not received the game yet. I ended up just refunding my preorder and have not been back sense. Sad thing is I have a two-year pro membership and basically given a free $5 coupon every month and still have not bothered to go back to the store."

"No one ever greeted us or asked if we needed help! Poor customer service only days away from Christmas. The guy and the girl behind the counter preferred to talk to each other instead of help customers!"

"Fantastic customer service , Went to buy an Xbox today, Laura was the one working, she quickly came to assist me and helped me find what i was looking for and also helped me get signed up for the rewards progam. Laura was Punctual, Kind, and obviously knew exactly how to handle any customer, great employee and great experience all around."

"They've really improved their on-hand selection. (Especially for PC peripherals). Update: store layout has really improved. Update 2: prices were better than online retailers (Amazon Walmart). Variety and quantity for PC increasing even more. 5.5 out of 5"
