Goodwill Store and Donation Drive-Thru

"Terrible experience! Used cat bed rang up for wrong price and the cashier got a terrible attitude when I pointed out the other sticker said a different price. Not my fault and acted like it was a huge ordeal to get it corrected. Then when I said I didn't want it for the higher price she literally even said "don't take it out on me" when I had been nothing but polite throughout the interaction. Will never be coming back to this location after dealing with this lady. Had previous bad experiences as well with this same worker and brushed it off as a bad day. But after this time and seeing how she is every time I go in this store I will not be back. Do not recommend at all."

"No issues went to drop off some bags of clothes and household items. Two men were engaging in conversation instead of getting my items out of the car. Good help is almost impossible to find on today. Just warm bodies feeling positions. Management need to do a deep dive into this staff clearly."

"Went today & it will be my last. I had 2 clothing items with a red tag on it, the color of the week. The mixed lady was charging me full price for the clothes when I mention isn’t it red the color of the week. She then tells me somebody put the wrong tag on them. I told her those are red tags on each item how is that wrong. Then I told her there is the same shirt on the rack with the same color red tag I went I got it showed her still argued with me then she stated that is orange not red, LIKE WHATTT???? Those are clearly red tags on donated items. So everything that I had that I was going to buy left it all behind. Goodwill do better!!!"

"They ought to be ashamed charging these prices. Prices used to be good but now overpriced, especially on shoes. $30 for old yellowed pair of nikes. $35 for used air fryer!? Rusted out grill $80? 10 year old tvs for $100??? Pathetic"
