I had to go get my ssn spent 2 mins away and he always had someone else in my seat… there are two other people here and they not even lifting a finger to help…the Asian lady was very quick with me and rude cuz he’s trying to get the guy helping me to hurry and help some else…the two employees see this but still aren’t helping… will not be back. The guy was sweet but I definitely think I could have gotten more if it was someone with more experience."

"I needed help at the last minute on Oct. 17, the deadline to file 2021 taxes. I tried redundantly for days to use every software possible including H& R premium, Taxact, FreeFileUSA, and intuits Turbo tax premium. None imported data from E*Trade using my Samsung mobile phone. My computer was out of date, and even my printer had problems. After a great deal of anxiety and thinking, I made an online appointment at H & R Block advisors, aka Block Advisors, on Tom Hill Blvd, Macon, GA. A tax preparer spent 3 hours with me, and got the job done. Both my federal and state taxes were filed. It was well worth the money and you should be prepared to pay for the service. I paid $375. I couldn't have made a better decision! One tip if you try on your own in relation to tax software. IRS now requires facial scan to verify your identity and access your secure account. And, if you have an E*Trade 1099, and a proper computer, be sure to type in " E*Trade" in the import from field. Choosing E*Trade Bank or Morgan Stanley will get you no where."
