"NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS! Horrible customer service! Waited in the lobby for twenty minutes without being addressed by anyone. Three employees saw us and never came to ask if we needed help. NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS! If you’re black, this may not be the place to purchase your cabinets. The person before us was welcomed with a warm greeting and was helped right away. When the employee was finished with him she came in the lobby while our backs were half turned and she went right back in the direction she was coming from without saying a word. Waited another five minutes and she did not return."

"Their customer service is awful and Anita is clueless. Connected with them on recommendation from my neighbor to remodel my kitchen including the cabinets, granite, floor, and back splash etc. Week 1 she quoted a price of $12,400 on the phone, week 2 she changed to $11,250, then week 3 changes to $15,250 and then sends a text next day to change to $14,250. Wasted three weeks of our time and countless time spent at her granite supplier to pick the granite and then at her store to finalize the order details. Not a single apology. Strongly recommend looking at other vendors or else they will continue to price gauge you and waste your time. Just awful service and ethics. They don't even deserve the one star that I was forced to give to complete this review."
