"I visited this store a couple weeks ago looking for an antique table. There were several that I liked so went home without making a purchase. I called back to check measurements, then called back again to make the purchase but was told I could simply put it on hold until I was ready to pick it up. After a week I called back and made the purchase. The next day, about 2 hours before we were scheduled to pick up the table, I received a phone call that they were canceling the sale. I was told that the owner said that the table had been sold for a long time. There were several items in the store marked with a "sold" tag when I visited so if it was already sold, why was it not marked and why were the 2 employees I worked with unaware. I was given a sale price, perhaps the owner had remorse? Needless to say, there are other reputable antique dealers that I will continue to shop with instead of this one."
