"This review is for Tom Griffin at the Roswell F&D location. My wife and I came into the store yesterday to investigate solutions for a bathroom remodel that we are currently undertaking. Tom took my wife around the store and explained the different products, their various merits and shortcomings, and use-cases. At the end of our lengthy interaction my wife felt empowered by the knowledge and care that Tom shared and even ended up selecting a more expensive product as a result. In these times when customer care seems to be an afterthought, Tom is a shining example of how a mutually beneficial outcome can be achieved when thoughtfulness is at the fore. "I am in the process of planning and designing a bathroom remodel. Fallon, senior designer, has been beyond helpful. She is creative and has all the patience in the world. I have also been impressed by the floor staff, who invariably ask me if I need assistance as I am strolling through the store. I have high hopes that the second half of this process -- actually construction -- will be as enjoyable as the first."

"I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service I got from F&D and this location. We purchased over $50K in materials from F&D over the past few months for our new construction. We had a number of incorrect orders, but mistakes happen, and I can understand those. The real problem is that we purchased about 20K in hardwood flooring and were told that the floor had protection on it and that we would need to reoil the floor before 12 months to maintain it. Turns out, the floor has no protection (bare wood), and now we have horrible stains all over the house from water, dirt, cleaner, etc. We used a cleaner (that F&D recommended) and it completely destroyed the wood. Large sections will need to be replaced. I came to Roswell looking for advice. What I got was the cold shoulder and finger pointing from the flooring department. No remedy for two mistakes from employees. They actually told me that they could not prove what was said or not said by their employee. The manager would not even speak to me (told employee that I asked to get him, that he was not coming, and the flooring department could deal with it). Very disappointed by how unsympathetic they were. And the atrociously low level of service displayed by this location. I think you are better off going to somewhere that can take ownership of their actions."
