The minute I sent over my payment and she “filed my taxes” I haven’t heard from her since. I sent her over an email to cancel our contract due to non rendering of service. Her response was she’s been busy due to tax time. She called days later, we briefly spoke and that’s the last I’ve heard of her. It’s been months! STAY AWAY from this business. UPDATE: In response to your feedback about not having information needed. Yes, you are correct. Once all proper documents were collected I contacted you and never heard from you again! Also, yes I did pay for a service but anytime I had questions and concerns (even when I’d text your personal phone number) I’ll never receive a response but then you’d be posting on your personal social media, Which confirms you seen my messages and decided to ignore them. I’ve sent you emails and calls just as early as 5/20/2022 and STILL NO RESPONSE. It’s obvious this business has a reputation of the same issue I’m having, as other clients have reviewed and expressed mutual concerns."
