Cabinet Transformations

"We used cabinet transformation for a kitchen cabinet reface, they did a good job, we had some little issues but Martin was good to respond and fix any of my concerns, He was very professional and he make sure that we ware happy with the Job, my only problem was that Al was the one that came to our home and when I text him with my concern he didn’t respond to me, good thing that Martin did thank you. We are very happy with this company and we highly recommend it."

"We were so excited at first we thought we'd found the right place. Unfortunately that was not the case. Not even a week after the job was "done" the molding around my kitchen cabinets wasnt properly installed and began to fall off. They ordered the wrong size drawers so finally when the drawers arrived they renailed the molding. There was a payment dispute that was eventually resolved after i checked and rechecked my records. Now the material they placed over my old cabinets is peeling and bubbling up. The decorative piece under my stove top wasn't installed correctly and is crooked. The doors above my sink werent hung right and now dip in the middle. They left huge nails sticking out in the cabinet over my wall oven. One fell out completely and the other two are about to fall. Im terrified my whole unit is about to come crashing down. All my cabinets were supposed to have soft close hinges only about 1/4 (if that) has them. I paid entirely to much money for these issues to be coming up not even a year after the job was completed. See pictures for everything im referencing in this review."

They provided Excellent Customer Service throughout the entire experience from the consultation, visiting the showroom, scheduling, and installation! Thank you to the entire staff that was so helpful! Our installers were Juan and Noe and they did an excellent job. They communicated arrival and departure times and were prompt. They gave progress updates and asked for my feedback on the small details and areas of preference. They always left their work area clean and were very kind and respectful to me and my family as we were living on site and coming and going during their work. "Juan and I can’t remember the other guys name did a great job! There was an issue w one cabinet being installed and the next installer was Oscar and he was amazing as well. Everything was done as promised- the front office crew ValDeen and Janelle were awesome and was extremely helpful from the start. My kitchen looks amazing! I’d say this was a pretty good experience and I’d recommend them if you’re on the fence about their service. Here are some before and after pics. We couldn’t afford to get the bottom cabinets done so we are trying to figure that portion out."

"I'll start with the TL:DR. Cabinet transformations is a wonderful company to work with. If anyone I know needs to remodel their kitchen, I will recommend they check out Cabinet Transformations. We met one of their sales reps named Chase. He was kind and patient as he walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. He came out to our home three different times as we weren't quite sure what we wanted. Chase was understanding and listened to us while he was here. He provided great feedback and input to help make our kitchen ultimately what we wanted it to be, there was no pressure to do or not to do anything. I really enjoyed and appreciated that. The installers we had were Juan and Noe who did an excellent job bringing our kitchen to life. They were very hardworking, nice, and professional. We now have a beautiful kitchen due to their hard work. My wife and I both appreciate their efforts more than we can express, they are definitely the heart and soul of Cabinet Transformations. Not everything went perfect, but I'm not mad about it because Cabinet Transformations communicated the issues fairly well and made them right. When our new sink was installed, it infringed on our dishwasher a little bit which caused some issues. Juan fixed the issue when he came out next and it wasn't that big of a deal. We had two boxes go missing prior to our installation so they had to be remade (or reordered) so we had a mostly done kitchen for a while. Again, they communicated the issue and set expectation so while it wasn't ideal it was being handled. Two doors had a factory defect on them, I didn't even have to say anything about it. They informed me of the issue and told me replacements were being ordered. The missing boxes and the defective doors were all replaced at once."
