They quickly realized that we were not construction experts so they took their time to walk us through every detail with every step, resolve questions and concerns with patience, deliver the highest quality workmanship, and even went so far as to leverage personal connections to help accelerate other parts of the build process that had nothing to do with their work. "I scheduled an appointment to review a kitchen remodel 1 week in advance. Within the hour prior to the appointment, I received a call that they needed to cancel due to an arriving truck. I was promised a phone call the next day to reschedule. I never received that call. Assumptions of "why" come to mind... my address doesn't meet the criteria (not a mansion) that is not their target demographic or even the possibility they lack follow up (through) skills. If it's the 2nd, perhaps I dodged a bullet."
