"Went by the store on 6Apr19 to mail a package to my grandson for his birthday. The young man told me that it would cost $31.42 because he had to cut down a box and that it should be there in 1 to 2 days after pickup on Monday, 8Apr19. I was fine with that. Well, I pulled the tracking number because my grandson still had not received it. The package was in Jacksonville, FL and it was only going to ALBANY, GA.....Oh My!! So I called and spoke to the manager named James. He stated that mail was not picked up on Monday and that they don't have control over when the mail comes or not. If this is the case then why provide the service. This was not relayed to me when I was there to send it off. It would have been nice to know that if the mail was not picked up there could possibly be a delay. If I pay you for a service and you promise that it will be 1 to 2 days delivery then that's what I expect. By the time, I got ready to get off the phone I was more mad than I was before I called."
